What is Island Arts Camp?

Island Arts Camp offers students finishing grades K-8 a chance to spend five days in one and two hour blocks creating art, performance, dance, and music with professional artists. Every child participates in a variety of activities at the Island Arts Camp, giving participants a unique week’s experience across many artistic disciplines.

This summer camp is designed for fun and creativity. Each day includes recitals, presentations, and time for outdoor exercise. Please provide your child with a healthy snack and a brown bag lunch. PLEASE NOTE: Our campus is a NUT FREE zone.  Please do not send your camper with any nut products.  This includes coconut.  The campers are divided into groups of 10-12 students each, roughly on the basis of age and grade level. The day runs from at 9 am to 3 pm and is broken into four blocks with snack and lunch breaks, and, for the youngest campers, concludes with a one-hour story time and optional 2 pm pick-up.
